Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP – 3016C ARLINGTON AVENUE, SASKATOON

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. In-store pickup is available during In-Studio Hours. Hocus Pocus Hair Studio is happy to arrange contactless pick-up for your order. Pick-ups can also be made with your Stylist Appointment.

Store pickup is free.

LOCAL DELIVERY - SASKATOON

Deliveries must be within the City of Saskatoon delivery zone. Delivery fee is $20 for orders under $250. Free delivery on orders over $250 (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders placed by 2pm on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 5:00PM – 7:00PM and employ a local courier. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery during the confirmation of your order.

SHIPPING – OUTSIDE OF LOCAL DELIVERY ZONE

Hocus Pocus Hair Studio is offering a Flat Fee for shipping of $30, on all orders. 

Orders placed by customers located outside of the City of Saskatoon delivery zone are generally shipped within 48 hours (Tuesday - Friday) using Canada Post.

Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring. Hocus Pocus Hair Studio is not responsible for delays in delivery due to Canada Post.

CUSTOMER APPRECIATION EVENTS - SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE

Hocus Pocus Hair Studio may offer Customer Appreciation Events and Shopping Incentives throughout the year. During these events, purchases are available for pick up at the Studio during regular business hours. Shipping will not be available. Please ensure to select "Pick Up" during the check out process.
